The trauma-informed mindful services we provide follow a style of martial arts called Pangu Shengong.  Developed by Master Ou Wen Wei, its fundamental philosophy and practice is rooted in kindness and benevolence.  Pangu Shengong is a specialized form of Qigong that is simple to learn, and its benefits to health and well-being can be experienced immediately.  Our offerings include qi gong, tai chi, meditation and yoga.

We provide students with trauma-informed certified instructors, group classes, and one on one triage-style mindful-intervention for families experiencing crisis.  We carefully and compassionately navigate the mindful practices with the knowledge of the connection of past traumatic experiences to present behaviors.

These practices have been documented to reduce anxiety, improve resilience, support physical body healing, and transform emotional stress and trauma experiences over time.

Additional benefits include: improved fitness, balance, and peace of mind, strengthened immune system, increases well-being, happiness & vitality, invaluable tools for calming a PTSD flashback and managing intense emotional states.  Empowers practitioners to regain confidence, self-worth, and self-efficacy.
